Production Time: Most engraved orders are completed within 5–7 business days after final proof approval. Shipping transit time is additional.

ARTWORK GUIDELINES

For the best engraving results

  • 300+ DPI: High Resolution (Recommended)
  • 200–299 DPI: Medium Resolution
  • Below 199 DPI: Low Resolution

Our artists will work to improve low- or medium-quality artwork when possible.

Recommended vector files: SVG, AI, EPS

Design tip: Avoid very fine text and highly detailed images with people, scenery, or gradients when possible.

Create a custom stitched leatherette patch with your logo, name, unit insignia, business mark, monogram, or other suitable artwork.

Each patch has a heat-activated adhesive backing, durable black stitching, and a laser-engraved finish made to order by 1099 Designs.

Shapes: 3" × 2" Rectangle, 3" × 2.25" Hexagon, 2.5" Circle, and 2.5" Square.

Colors: Rawhide, Saddle Tan, Dark Brown, Glossy Black, Glossy White, and OD Green.

One-sided engraving is included, and you’ll receive a digital proof for approval before production.
