Terms of Service
By using the 1099 Designs website or placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms.
Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
1099 Designs reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order when necessary, including orders containing incorrect pricing, unavailable products, suspected fraud, prohibited content, or other circumstances that prevent us from completing the order.
If an order is canceled by 1099 Designs after payment has been received, the appropriate refund will be issued.
Custom & Personalized Products
Many of our products are made or personalized specifically for each customer.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate text, names, dates, artwork, sizes, colors, placement selections, and other customization details.
When a proof is provided, production will not begin until the proof has been approved.
Approval of a proof confirms that the customer has reviewed and accepted the design, including spelling, artwork, placement, and other visible details.
Customer Artwork & Intellectual Property
By submitting artwork, logos, photographs, text, trademarks, or other content to 1099 Designs, you confirm that you own the content or have permission to use and reproduce it.
1099 Designs is not responsible for determining ownership or obtaining licensing rights for customer-submitted artwork.
We reserve the right to refuse content that we believe may violate intellectual property rights, applicable law, or our business standards.
Artwork Quality
The final quality of a customized product depends in part on the quality of the artwork provided.
1099 Designs may make reasonable adjustments or cleanup to customer artwork when necessary for production.
Significant artwork reconstruction, design work, or cleanup may require an additional fee.
Pricing
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
Prices, products, and services may change without notice.
If an obvious pricing or listing error occurs, 1099 Designs reserves the right to correct the error before fulfilling the order.
Payment
Payment must be successfully completed before an online order enters production unless other arrangements have been specifically approved by 1099 Designs.
Custom quoted orders may have additional payment requirements communicated before production begins.
