Shipping Policy

1099 Designs offers shipping and local pickup for eligible orders. Available delivery options and rates are shown at checkout based on the items in your order and your delivery address.

Domestic Shipping

For U.S. orders, our current standard shipping options are:

  • Standard Shipping — $8.00

  • Free Standard Shipping — orders of $70 or more

  • Express Shipping — $15.00

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed before checkout is completed.

Production & Processing

Many 1099 Designs products are custom-made or personalized and require production time before they are ready to ship.

For custom orders, production begins after all required steps have been completed, including payment and final proof approval when applicable.

Production time is separate from carrier transit time.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available for eligible orders at our Edgewood, Washington pickup location.

Customers will receive a notification when their order is ready. Please do not arrive for pickup until you have received the ready-for-pickup notification.

Pickup orders are generally shown at checkout as ready in 5 or more days. Actual timing may vary depending on the product, order size, proof approval, and production schedule.

Tracking

When tracking is available, customers will receive shipment information after their order has been fulfilled.

Carrier tracking information may take time to update after a shipping label is created.

Delivery Delays

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery timing is largely outside the control of 1099 Designs.

Carrier delays caused by weather, holidays, service disruptions, or other circumstances may affect estimated delivery dates.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

If an order is returned or delayed because of an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.

Damaged or Missing Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact 1099 Designs promptly and include photos of the product and packaging.

If tracking shows a package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the carrier first and then contact us if additional assistance is needed.

International Shipping

International shipping availability, rates, and delivery options may vary by destination and will be shown at checkout when available.

Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their destination country unless otherwise stated at checkout.
